featuring mosaic and centennial hops in a quaffable yet chewy india red ale 6.2% ABV, 78 IBU

COUCH LAGER

helles style lager brewed with quality pilsner malt, sterling hops and fermented with bohemian style yeast strain 5% ABV, 13 IBU

SWEET HEAT

wheat ale with apricot puree and imported jamaican scotch bonnet peppers, subtle tartness with a spicy finish 4.9% ABV, 9 IBU

SMOOTH PREMIUM ALE

fruity pebbles? not in this beer, pilsner, and crystal malts, cascade, crystal and centennial & eukanot hops 5.8% ABV, 31 IBU

KARTEL VIENNA LAGER
rich, approachable vienna style lager, made with pilsner, vienna and bohemian floor malts, gently kissed with hershbrucker hops 5.8% ABV, 24 IBU

ISOMER IPA

two new test subjects; meridian and eukanot hops, this substantial IPA drinks deceptively smooth with flavors of ripe berries, bubblegum and melon 8% ABV, 86 IBU

smoothand drinkable with eukanot hops from new zealand and fresh oregon boysenberries from pacific fruit company 7% ABV, 83 IBU

FIZZY HANDS

light bodied session IPA with pilsner malts, late addition of meridian, citra and crystal hops, dry hopped with merkur hops 5% ABV, 74 IBU

LIME IN THE COCONUT

lime kolsch blended with coconut water, crisp, refreshing, hydrating 3.5% ABV, 5 IBU

PRIME MERIDIAN FRESH HOP

american red ale with hints of spelt and caramel aromatics along with 200+ pounds of fresh meridian hops from goschie farms in marion county 6.1% ABV, 50 IBU

PROJECT ALE: HUELL OF A SUMMER

hazy, smooth and drinkable, simple line up of pilsner, wheat and crystal pale malts, hopped with new zealand summer hops and huell melon hops from germany 7.9% ABV, 31 IBU

TOASTY COCO PORTER

london style porter, lighter in body than it’s cousin (the english porter), robust, lightly hopped, notes of chocolate and slight aroma of 20 pounds of toasted coconut 5.5% ABV, 31 IBU

UNCONDITIONAL PALE ALE

light, crisp with soft bitterness notes of graham cracker and crystal malts, pineapple and tropical fruit aromas 5.5% ABV, 58 IBU

IN ‘YA RYE(MON)

equal combination of crystal aromatic rye and cherrywood smoked malts, lightly spicy and smoky 7.2% ABV, 24 IBU

PERMAFROST

nw winter ale brewed with seven malts and copious amounts of amarillo and meridian hops, pillowed to give it a chewy malt complex, uniquely fruity throughout 8.3% ABV, 77 IBU
