Burnside stout

5.4% ABV, 40 IBU. Dark, roas-ty chocolate, currently on nitro

burnside iPA

6.5% ABV, 85 IBU. Malt hop balance, Galena, Cascade, Meridian. Dry hop amarillo. 

Sweet heat

4.9% ABV, 9 IBU. Apricot and Scotch bonnet pepper wheat beer. Spice level varies per batch. 2012 GABF gold medal winner.

oatmeal pale ale

5.5% ABV, 44 IBU. Local Bob's Red Mill Oats for a happy, smoother mouth feel.

couch select lager

5% ABV, 18.5 IBU. Single hop lager that is light, crisp, and refreshing.

Project Ale:

Batch #800

7.9% ABV, 95 IBU.  This happy accident is our 800th brew and a lovely double IPA. Five kinds of hops, dry hopped with Galaxy & Citra hops, tastes of nectarine.



Brewer's Reserve

Coove Operator

9.7% ABV, 38 IBU.   We're digging through our barreled beer and this one is an oldie but goodie.  Sweet & sour, blend of five vintage ales aged up to three years in oak barrels.

Thundarr the Barbarian

7.4% ABV, 11 IBU.   An imperial wheat alebrewed with the classic Weihenstephan yeast, creating a signature clove and banana aroma.

Sakura Gose

4.5% ABV, 10 IBU.   Sour style beer brewed with salted cherry blossoms from Japan.   Tart, fruity, salty refreshing brew.

New Vintage Cream Ale

5% ABV, 16 IBU. A modern twist on a cream ale, pilsner malt, corn, wheat, Bob's Red Mill oats and lactose for sweetness.   An easy drinking ale.

Project Ale:

Dead Finger Belgian Imperial IIPA*

7.7% ABV, 70 IBU. Double IIPA has a little farmhouse flair. Aroma of cotton candy, watermelon & malty sweetness.  Big, hoppy, balanced Belgium IPA.

Project Ale:

Summer Better

8.8% ABV, 67 IBU.   This is an Imperial Summer Session Ale.   It is juicy golden sunshine, with a flower breeze of Santiam, Perle, Crystal and Mosaic hops.

Hotlips/Burnside Imperial Radler*

7.2% ABV, 57 IBU. We blended our Summer Better IIPA with HOTLIPS blood orange soda to great result, just in time for the end of summer!

The Riveter

6.3 % ABV, This rose saison is a collaboration beer with Do Bongers of Oersoep in the Netherlands.   Bee Local honey, rose petals and rose water to brighten and balance the farmhouse yeast.


3.3% ABV, 10 IBU.   Low alcohol Belgian table beers are traditionally served with a meal for adults and children (no beers for kids here!).   Brewed using all German malt; base of Vienna, spelt and wheat , along with 100% Perle hops.   Light bodied, subtle passionfruit, hints of tart/dry spelt malt.

Immaculate Decoction*

9% ABV, 25 IBU.   European crystal malts, light sugar and wheat used in this mysterious brewing technique, delivering toasty sweetness and Belgian esters.
