At Burnside Brewing Co., Brewmaster Jason McAdam is that. A cultured trendsetter in brewing, bold enough to take risks and smart enough to leave a creative impression on your senses.

perennial 

Burnside stout

5.4% ABV, 40 IBU. Dark, roas-ty chocolate, currently on nitro

burnside iPA

6.5% ABV, 85 IBU. Malt hop balance, Galena, Cascade, Meridian. Dry hop amarillo. 

Too Sticky to Roll

6.2% ABV, 78 IBU.  Quaffable yet chewy india red ale, nugget and dry hop for a smooth mouth feel.

Sweet heat

4.9% ABV, 9 IBU. Apricot and Scotch bonnet pepper wheat beer. Spice level varies per batch. 2012 GABF gold medal winner.

oatmeal pale ale

5.5% ABV, 44 IBU. Local Bob's Red Mill Oats for a happy, smoother mouth feel.

couch select lager

5% ABV, 18.5 IBU. Single hop lager that is light, crisp, and refreshing.

Project Ale:

Batch #800 Imperial IIPA*

7.9% ABV, 95 IBU.  This happy accident is our 800th brew and a lovely double IPA. Five kinds of hops, dry hopped with Galaxy & Citra hops, tastes of nectarine.

Project Ale:

Dead Finger Belgian Imperial IIPA*

7.7% ABV, 70 IBU. Double IIPA has a little farmhouse flair. Aroma of cotton candy, watermelon & malty sweetness.  Big, hoppy, balanced Belgium IPA.

Project Ale:

Summer Better imperial IIPA

8.8% ABV, 76 IBU. Although it's almost winter, this beer will warm you with copious notes of fruit and hops.

 

seasonal

Coax III

8% ABV, 86 IBU.   The third beer in our Coax Series, this is a whopper!  Aromas of citrus, fruit and berry, it is light and deceptively smooth.

Puddle Town Brown

5.5% ABV, 40 IBU.   American style brown, hoppy, dark NW ale balanced with caramel and malts.

Shuck Norris

4.9 % ABV, 10 IBU.  Collaboration beer with Headwaters at The Heathman and chef Ken Norris, this gose was brewed with sea urchin, tomato water and smoked sea salt.

Permafrost

8.3% ABV, 77 IBU.   Our winter elixir is back!  Brewed with seven different malts and copious hops, this is a and warm chewy beer with complex hoppiness.   

Morticia

4.9% ABV, 65 iBU.  A pale ale with hull melon, mosaic and vic secret hops which provide a strawberry and tropical fruit flavor.  A fresh, crushable beer with subtle hop bitterness.

Brewer's Reserve

Barrel aged beers that we're pulling from the corner stock in our cooler.  Check with your server when you come in!

Thundarr the Barbarian

7.4% ABV, 11 IBU.   An imperial wheat ale brewed with the classic Weihenstephan yeast, creating a signature clove and banana aroma.

Juin

3.3% ABV, 10 IBU.   Low alcohol Belgian table beers are traditionally served with a meal for adults and children (no beers for kids here!).   Brewed using all German malt; base of Vienna, spelt and wheat , along with 100% Perle hops.   Light bodied, subtle passionfruit, hints of tart/dry spelt malt.

Cocktails on Tap

Check out our house made cocktails on draught.   Currently Kilo Kai spiced rum from Venezuela and unfiltered apple cider, served with a bit of soda water and a lemon.
